My name is Neil Solomon, and I have been running “Solomon Language Services” for the good part of six years now.

I am a translator and copy editor with over 40 years of experience working with language. I have translated around 25 scholarly monographs and art catalogues, as well as numerous journal articles, from German to English. For 24 of the aforementioned 40+ years, my “day job” was as an editor at Springer (since 2015 Springer Nature), first as a copy editor, then as a production editor, and, for the last 15 years, as a publishing editor.
